Southern Pine Plantations, founded in 1984 in Macon, Georgia, is a land company that specializes primarily in buying large tracts of timberland in the Southeast from Texas to Virginia to Florida. While we do keep much of the land we buy, we sell land to pension funds, forest product industries as well as private investors.

We typically have thousands of acres of investment grade timberland/ recreational properties for sale throughout the Southeast. Most of our holdings are well-managed timberland that will produce an excellent cash crop of timber while also providing excellent hunting and recreational opportunities for the buyer.

Our company was founded on the basic principle of land ownership and its benefits. Financial returns, recreation, and the pure pleasure and pride of ownership are a few of these benefits.
